Sonnedix acquista portafoglio di 28 impianti fotovoltaici

Duff & Phelps REAG, tra i leader europei nella valutazione e consulenza immobiliare, ha assistito Sonnedix, produttore indipendente di energia fotovoltaica (IPP), con servizi di advisory tecnica in riferimento all’acquisizione di un portafoglio di 28 impianti fotovoltaici, con una potenza complessiva di 53 MWp, da Graziella Green Power S.p.A.
Sonnedix ha utilizzato i servizi di Due Diligence Tecnica di Duff & Phelps REAG per la valutazione e la mitigazione dei rischi tecnici connessi all’acquisizione degli impianti.
Il team Duff & Phelps REAG è stato guidato da Simone Spreafico, Managing Director, Advisory & Valuation department e da Alessandro Gervasio, Director Renewable Energy.

Duff & Phelps REAG, a leader in the advisory and valuation services, has supported Sonnedix, an independent solar power producer (IPP), with technical advisory services in the acquisition of a portfolio of 28 photovoltaic plants, with a total capacity of 53 MWp, from Italian renewable energy company Graziella Green Power S.p.A…
Sonnedix used the Technical Due Diligence services of Duff & Phelps REAG for the assessment and mitigation of the technical risks associated with the acquisition of the plants.
The Duff & Phelps REAG’s team has been led by Simone Spreafico, Managing Director, Advisory & Valuation dept. and Alessandro Gervasio, Director Renewable Energy.
